Pros

Seemed like a great idea.

Cons

Deceiving seniors. You are 1099 and they are expecting you to be there at 8 am in Dallas two days a week and in the field 8 to 5 and if you don’t there are comments and you fall to the unfavorite list. Take any time off you are ridiculed and put at bottom . The marketing tactics are mostly illegal by Medicare regulations. Managers belittle you and throw digs in for wanting to spend time with your family, getting a cup of coffee . They drive you to stay on the phones and commend if you don’t pick your head up or go to the bathroom. I was literally followed any time I got up to go to the bathroom. Micromanagement to the core. The other reviews in here are good because they make money off you right from the start and want you in. Hiring everyday!

We are very sorry to hear that we left such a negative impression on you but all the other very positive reviews are from Agents that feel exactly the opposite of you.. Our marketing guidelines are extremely compliant which is why we have never had a complaint.. We have an A Plus rating with BBB so I think anyone could go and read every positive client review if they had time, and see that we are very compliant and helpful. All Agents are 1099, however we do offer training that Agents can choose to attend which some do and some don't based on their schedule. Agents set appointments based on their time frame, not set hours and I believe anyone could come be in our office for an hour and see that no one is followed to the bathroom, considering they are more focused on helping clients rather than dealing with the only unhappy agent representing us. Many of us are believers and we will pray that you find happiness wherever you land next.

Pros

The lead system is the best one in this industry. The management team works hard to ensure your success here and success quickly. I've worked here for over a year and it has blessed my life something fierce. YOU reap what you sow. You're 1099 but because of that I am finally paid my worth rather than what I'm not. Hard work here pays off.

Cons

You reap what you sow. If you're willing to put in the effort to you work here and help the seniors you will see a huge diffference.

Pros

Good location and decent office setting

Cons

Everyone is not treated the same; the Principals have favorites and there is zero transparency into what is going on at times; the lead system is suspect
