Great patient - to- nurse ratio, sufficient time for consultation and patient rapport

Complete absence of corporate guidance and oversight (the corporate sells a name and license - the rest is up to knowledge, experience, and guts of providers); non-clinical ownership of franchise (collective of random people deciding to deep into the world of medicine) who can't simply distinguish between extra dollar and patient safety; unavailability of Medical director support (you would have to join Whatsapp chat where you have to look for answers from colleagues who has been with a company 2 months longer than you and draw their answers from Doximity or other AI generated websites:); lack of defined and established policies and procedures along with awareness of state and federal laws in regards to medical establishments by management; Full of hate and mistrust atmosphere across the country between different clinic owners and employees expressed in the everyday Whatsapp "clinician chat"; lack of support and compassion to colleagues; Overall unsafe and unpractical!!!
