I had a deeply disappointing experience working at Gamemano . The workplace is riddled with internal politics that create a toxic environment, making it difficult for employees to focus on their jobs. Promotions and opportunities seem more dependent on who you know rather than the quality of your work. Upper management, in particular, is out of touch with the day-to-day realities of the employees and makes decisions without any regard for the impact on the team. There’s a lack of transparency, and communication is often poor, leading to confusion and frustration. The leadership appears more concerned with protecting their own interests than fostering a healthy, productive work environment. If you’re looking for a place with strong leadership and opportunities for growth based on merit, I would look elsewhere.
