Cons
Cleaning the bathrooms (scrubbing toilets, cleaning up residue, mopping) as a Host/Hostess even though that is not in the work contract or job title. Vacuuming the entire arcade in the morning. Cleaning the game machines and being told to clean the muck on the floor of the machines. Expected to use a professional carpet cleaner to wash the carpets. Expected to clean gum off the carpets. Being told you can't talk to your colleague(s). “Stop standing next to each other”, “Duo, duo”.. The games are TOO LOUD! Understaffing, especially on the weekends. Cannot sit. Being surveilled by cameras and getting reprimanded. Ugly uniform. The salary is minimum wage. If they could legally pay you less, they would. Disorganized Management at all levels.
