The former GM was so incompetent that he couldn't really tell you anything
Cons
Underpay everyone, lowest level jobs don't even pay a living wage for the area. Everyone from the GM and above has their heads in the sand, just trying to keep this thing running for as long as possible before the plug is inevitably pulled. Their tech stack is a disaster behind the scenes and the two parent companies are constantly infighting about everything.
