      It may look more or less nice for a time but after they screw you a couple of time you will want to leave

      -Location (close to train station, a lot of good places to eat nearby, nice fair in october) -Accept to hire junior dev (don't require 10+ years of experiences in 2 year old tech)

      No raise, company working for bosses family and friends, They don't hesitate to screw employes if it benefits them
