- Repetitive physical tasks - Union for production is a joke - Managements bottom line is to have better profit margins over keeping up to date on equipment or safety - Runs like a small company - wont add extra employees to keep things moving or reduce physical stress on employees. Waits to the last minute to attempt fixing things - Horrible safety meetings, horrible S.O.P management or training, - Wont stay up to date on equipment maintenance - Dont work here if you are offered to work evenings, you are an after thought and will be worked twice as hard as your counter parts. - Benefits are horrible. Ive never seen a union to horribly negotiate their contract.
