Management is absolutely horrendous. He has a "real" job so this is not his priority. Extremely low pay, no benefits. Petty, unresponsive and unprofessional owner!

Management will promise pay and not deliver. You will be advised to offer an additional sale because they cannot secure new work. They will then claim some kind of issue causes you to be paid a very bottom tier that is not worth your time or resources. If you quit you will not be paid for the jobs you worked hard for. On top of management the payroll dept will make assumptions and cut your check to nothing, they also cannot perform basic mathematics and are exceptionally dishonest.
