      Pros

      They will suck your head if possible they can give you blood pressure and diabetes for free

      Cons

      Everything is negative here, they don't give salary ontime, if one month performance is low they will not give your salary and takes up the resignation, any senior leaders don't have experience in IVF industry, they treat you like a animal not as a person and as AVP their language and respect towards employee is at below the ground, once you join it's finished you will lose your job in 2 or 3 months without any salary
