Nice People, but a Complete Mess

The people there are very tightly-knit and there are a lot of community events (pizza, barbecue, etc.)

Cons

There are serious communication problems between management and everybody else. The place has been undergoing considerable organizational changes for a number of months and you need to get as well connected as soon as possible if you are hired to avoid being clueless about what is expected within the upcoming days.
