Pros
They say there is a lot of potential growth within the company (although it is perhaps a possibility, the odds are slim, at best).
Cons
Where to start.... You are greeted by a woman wearing sweatpants and slippers (even though you are asked to dress professioanlly). You are interviewed in groups (as opposed to one on one) and not even by the person you were there to initially be interviewed by, because they double and triple-booked themselves (how unprofessional). The job itself sounds like only a small step above a pyramid scheme. And I only say that because there is an "office" you report to, whereas most schemes are done over the internet. The job is described as a training program for success-driven individuals to rise through the ranks of the company, but anyone that has been in a true business will tell you that their claim to make 600,000 in a few years is ridiculous and untrue. All in all, I was horribly displeased at the way this company handled themselves and thought it was a sad excuse for an interview process. Although I was not technically an employee of the company, as far as interviews go, that had to be the worst experience of my life.
