work-life balance. If you need a dead-end job this is the place for you.
Cons
Small business that has no policies and procedures. There is no room for growth or benefits (Medical, 401k), etc. Everyone does what they want. The owner makes up policies on the go and doesn't hold employees responsible. The sales process is free for all and there is no lead protection for reps. The environment is toxic and hostile.
