Pros

Smaller company leads to a lot of exposure to the industry.

Cons

Management treats employees terribly. Company has been losing money for years and likely won't be around much longer.

whatever you do, do not work here

Pros

the only pro is having nice coworkers to commiserate with about how miserable you are working here.

Cons

The CEO is the worst person you will ever meet in your entire life. He is very weird, he is a pathological liar, he is irrational, delusional, and extremely unpleasant to speak to. He has nothing going on, so he will harass you evenings, weekends, and holidays for the most unnecessary reasons imaginable. His main goal seems to be setting his employees up for failure on purpose in order to berate them when they inevitably fail at whatever insane request he had. He makes the office a complete and utter mess, hoarding and destroying everything in sight. He doesn't pay outside vendors, he has AWFUL business practices which in turn makes you look bad. He has zero integrity or morals. Literally no amount of money is worth working here.

Pros

Loads of space to roam and spread out. Nobody to bother you in person. Everyone else has long since left.

Cons

The one person bothering you is a narcissistic man child who has never earned anything in his life, all has been freely given, and it shows. The ping-pong table used to be the only good thing about this gig. Now, with everyone gone, I’ve learned playing one person ping-pong isn't all that great.
