      Great coworkers, terrible bosses

      Pros

      The people in my immediate department were very nice, competent, intelligent, and supportive.

      Cons

      The upper administration is clueless and as to what really goes on in the trenches, and they are not supportive of all their faculty equally. Politics are terrible. Student recruitment is a mess, focused on quantity rather than quality.

      Great Co-workers, but the executive staff care very little about employees.

      Pros

      I built many great relationships with wonderful coworkers during the many years that I was employed here.

      Cons

      Executive Staff care very little about university employees. It was something I experienced for the duration of my time here, and ultimately why I chose to leave.

      Pros

      The students are wonderful, and many of the faculty are great friends.

      Cons

      Leadership is running the place into the ground, exploiting staff, faculty, and students. It's a real tragedy.
