      Pros

      There are some excellent people on staff.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Elitist attitude from the top. They are better and smarter than everyone and full of empty promises. They also practice the fine art of public shaming which kills morale for everyone.

      Company on the Rise

      Pros

      Get to work in a cool environment and learn a lot about an industry you probably never thought about before. Roles are always open to change and promotions are attainable as there is a focus on growing the company from within. People often stay for 10+ years and it is easy to see why. Employee input is appreciated at all levels, and the boss is always willing to meet to discuss ideas.

      Cons

      Tough commute as it's not an easy area of town to get to. Can be short staffed at times so work can pile up quickly
