Pros
There’s a fast pace at the workplace, which is for sure worth it if you want to further develop your experience and career. Excellent long-term work options, too.
Cons
Not really any. I would say that there is a learning curve but the Gastro team is very good at teaching first hand. No cons.

I really enjoyed my time there because of how fast they move! You'll get hands-on work with a supportive team. They are constantly iterating, optimizing and have a lot of momentum.
Cons
If you're not willing to put in your best effort and go above and beyond, I wouldn't recommend working there
