      Pros

      There are career opportunities. It's a job until you find another one.

      Cons

      Strong loyalties, ties, and career opportunities for those amongst executive leaders (family and close friends). HR protects only the company, and allows management with no consequences, to treat employees with little or no respect. If you go to HR to voice your concerns, it goes back immediately to leadership; retaliation will occur in one form or another, especially on the GH Community Management side of the business

      Growing Pains. Not the most professional.

      Pros

      Company expanding...better marketing and properties in their portfolio. Internal promotion potential is there.

      Cons

      Very little stability. Corporate can move you to a new property without much notice and you have no choice. Can't take vacation for 6 months and the health insurance is more expensive than others. Policies/procedures differ depending on your community location. Nepotism is definitely an issue here.

      Pros

      Health insurance is a plus and property's are all in great proximity to city. Also, they serve great food the first week of "training".End of story.

      Cons

      Managment does not care about ways to improve work/life balance.Terrible culture. Company is run off nepotism, if you are related to someone at the corporate office you have it made if not good luck. Poor raises and you have no voice if you work as a field employee.
