There are career opportunities. It's a job until you find another one.
Cons
Strong loyalties, ties, and career opportunities for those amongst executive leaders (family and close friends). HR protects only the company, and allows management with no consequences, to treat employees with little or no respect. If you go to HR to voice your concerns, it goes back immediately to leadership; retaliation will occur in one form or another, especially on the GH Community Management side of the business
