Pros
Very talented colleagues who genuinely care about their work. Decent exposure to interesting technology and projects.
Cons
Leadership is out of touch with employee well-being and workplace safety. Employees are pushed to work in unsafe environments, such as sub-50 degree warehouses with no heating, and facilities poor air quality, led to some employees falling sick. Very low compensation compared to industry standards. No clear career growth path, learning opportunities, or promotion structure. Little diversity and a refusal to adjust hiring practices for genuine inclusion, despite vocalizing a desire to be more diverse.
