Till 2019 everything was awesome. The original founder of this company were the best. They really nurtured employees and the business like a baby. After they left and Delta management took over they have hired bunch of jokers in the top layer (Specially the CEO's). Too much if reshuffling has happened in last two years. The current CEO has no clue at all what he is doing.. just use management jargon to impress the promoters / owners and to employees. Has zero clue on gaming business and poker. The worst part is that he unethical and illogical in all his decisions. posses no leadership quality and is very egoistic in all his actions. Never listens to ideas and his people, including the key people in the CXO team. Always find a way to run away or delay the problems in his hand and keep on lingering on for months. I just hope that such a good company will just fall flat in next few months because of this one single person (Mr. CEO)
