Very disappointing to hear you didn’t have a great experience working with us, and thank you for taking the time to share it. We’ve been really conscious to build the same collaborative and encouraging sales culture in our Chicago office as we have in our Cambridge HQ, but it sounds like you didn’t experience this in the same way other folks have, and I’m sorry to hear that. Anything you want to remain confidential will remain so. I’m surprised to hear your feedback on our US benefits, as we’ve had great feedback from US folks on the package they get with us. With enhanced holiday that gives folks much more than the US standard, and a generous learning and development budget, we think it’s pretty competitive, but we’ll use your feedback to see where we can do better.
