Absolutely none at this time which is amazing. I'm so glad to be working for such an incredible company.
They give me autonomy to get on with my work, trusting I will do what is needed to the best of my ability. The team and company is also very supportive when I need help. It's really good.

The on-boarding could have been a bit more in-depth in terms of learning about the company.
