Pros
You get a lot of freedom here. Management is super open to discussions, so if you have an idea to fix a workflow or try something new, they will actually sit down and talk it through with you. Another huge plus is the work-life balance!
Cons
Since it’s a fast-moving software house, things can still get a bit chaotic. The daily grind of manpower planning and administrative tasks can feel quite heavy and tedious at times. Some of sudden project changes happen quite often.
