      Pros

      Good pay. Workload not excessive.

      Cons

      Much less international than presented. The board controls directly every single choice, up to your business flights. Sales Managers can't even decide discounts or payment terms. You are kept busy with loads of reports, but your daily work doesn't really affect sales.

      Pros

      Absolutely world class products, some great commercial processes and planning capability with some real can do people in the business. This is all backed up but strong infomatics.

      Cons

      Do have a habit of losing good people for a variety of reasons, at times the gap between reality and expectations is hard to bridge whilst operating in what is a hugely competitive market.

      Good benefit package Managers are hands off

      Cons

      questionable hiring of management and long term strategic goals. Lots of let's try something to see if it works without stats or thoughts behind it. Decisions made in a vacuum without respect to what members of the team that need to implement the strategies have to do.
