Pros
Amazing staff and ownership. Everyone is really close and genuinely cares about you. Also has decent benefits. Good work perks and discounts. Incredibly inclusive office. Ran and owned by all women currently.
Cons
Only one person in each position so staffing can be short if someone is out. But it’s also a small clinic so that’s reasonable.
