      My experience as a Sales Executive in the training phase at Gempundit has been very positive. The training is well-structured and focuses on both product knowledge and practical sales skills. I gained a strong understanding of gemstones, customer handling, and ethical selling practices, which is very important in this industry. Seniors and trainers are supportive, approachable, and always ready to guide whenever needed. The work environment is encouraging, making it easy for freshers to learn and grow with confidence.

      Since the company is growing, there is a lot to learn in a short time, which can feel challenging initially—but it is also a great learning opportunity.
