Pros
There wasn't really any benefit of working here, except getting paid on time.
Cons
No work/life balance. Terrible benefits. No holidays. Owner and management expect you to be available 7 days per week. Owner does nothing to monitor how management treats people. Unless something is in writing don't expect the owner to do what he says. He always takes the managers' side and does not look into anything. Managers assign hours based off who they "like" best. The managers are referred to as the "Mean Girl Club". they are horribly condescending and rude if you are not one of their favorites. In general working for this company was a terrible experience.

Pros
Decent pay but they cut your hours, (often after you drive there to find out that you have been volunteered off for the day!) Also they will lie and use you and your referred friends to fit other site positions outside of what they applied to or desire to work at. Whole thing is a con to use you until the meat grind the next one out.
