      None, should have quit earlier so I didn’t waste my time

      Cons

      The “CEO” is a textbook narcissist and the leadership are his enablers. Convinced that his ideas are right, he is unwilling to listen to those who know more about the subject matter than he does. It’s clear that the reason he made his own company is that he is unable to work with anyone above him. He is charming and good at selling a pitch, but is essentially a con man as evidenced by the dysfunction in the company that stems from the top.

      There is NOTHING positive about this company.

      This CEO was like watching a slow-motion train wreck — entirely predictable, yet somehow worse than expected. Leadership decisions were erratic, uninformed, and often driven more by ego than data. Strategy changed weekly, accountability was nonexistent, and toxic culture trickled down from the top. Every failure was blamed on the team, the market, or “external forces” — never on the person making the calls. RUN
