- Great co-workers willing to help or discuss any work matter - Ability to get Bupa benefits

Cons

- The restructure among our specific department didn’t take employee roles into account. - Many of the pain points were not taken into account by management and met with defensiveness instead of structured strategy approach

Its quite a toxic environment with the managers not being trained on how to manager effectively and fairly. And the pay is low.
