Pros

Co-workers, generally friendly and supportive

Cons

Management is a complete wreck. Constant responsibility restructuring, team leads pointing fingers at each other teams, and staff turnover every 4-6 months. Work itself can be difficult given it is related to fertility and emotions run high, but it is made worse by the lack of structure and support.

Pros

The view looks good, and it's very close to Del Mar

Cons

Not Recommended. There are no opportunities for promotions, salary increases, or formal performance evaluations which means after years of working, you will just be a coordinator. Staffing shortages often lead to employees taking on duties outside their original scope, and after you finish it, it will be officially assigned to you even it's not part of your job. Managers and doctors has no clues of their responsibility and can't be reliable at all. It's a total mess inside of the company, and the manager is trying to pay as little as possible in every part of the company. As the doctor just doing what ever he wants because he think he is the owner of the company, and denying the worlds he said seconds ago. Terrible experiences, and it's just sad to work in company like this.

Pros

They never make long-term plans for their staff, so people are constantly preparing to leave. There are always positions open, which makes it relatively easy to get hired there.

Cons

This is a Chinese-owned company with limited knowledge of legal requirements. Very poor leadership and disorganized management undermine staff well-being and career growth. Uncompetitive pay, limited advancement opportunities, and high turnover further signal a lack of stability and future prospects. A culture of overwork, internal politics, and conflict creates an unhealthy environment, while unclear policies erode trust in management. When legal compliance is questionable and even basic respect or benefits are not provided, Gen 5 fertility center becomes fundamentally unattractive as a workplace. Gen 5 has been involved in multiple publicly searchable lawsuits, indicating ongoing legal challenges for the organization.
