Honestly, I haven't encountered any major cons during my time here

The CEO. He misrepresents the company both internally and externally, interferes in other peoples jobs, redirects resources unilaterally and the tells the world what a good job he is doing. He takes no responsibility for failure, preferring just to fire people and start again rather than listening and empowering people - in short, he's the absolute worst kind of leader a company can have. Benefits seem good when you join, but then come with a whole host of strings attached that mean the company never have to honour them. Guess who comes up with these? HR is an external consultant who works one day a week, so good luck with any complaints you have.
