      Pros

      I've worked at Geneia for several years and have witnessed the company mature and grow. The leadership team works well together, supports each other and the people. The employees are a seen and recognized as valuable assets. It is a culture where growth is fostered and encouraged.

      Cons

      As a young organization there are the expected shifts and changes as the organization establishes it's footing.

      Pros

      I am a new employee (less than 1 year) but have worked for a variety of companies along the way. So far, Geneia has been one of the best experiences I have had in my 25+ year career. They treat their employees with respect and try hard to make working here enjoyable. Everyone has the opportunity to not only have their voice heard, but are also encouraged to give feedback and come up with new ideas.

      Cons

      Geneia has been good to me and given me a great opportunity to grow as a Project Manager. It has been a great place to work. I have no Cons to share.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits mostly because they come from the parent company. Ability to work from home depending on the department. People are super smart.

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely arrogant and passive aggressive. In their heads they think Geneia is a multimillion company with thousands of employees. So they treat employees like they're easily replaceable, but they're not and everyone knows it. People here have to be very smart. CEO knows what he's doing but his "right hands" make decisions based on favoritism and emotions. Biased and unprofessional.
