If you're smart, don't work for these horrible people.

Pros

None, this company only has the best interest of themselves.

Cons

They claim to be "team players/oriented", however it is anything but that. They only set employees up for failure. I was written up for multiple things that were out of my control, or I did not do. I contacted a client regarding what management claimed they said, and the client said they would gladly write a letter stating that they did not say what management company claimed they did. They try to hold onto the contracts with the owners and somehow brainwash them into thinking they are a good company. You will rarely be told good job - and they expect only the best at all times. They will do anything to cut out employees who actually care about the well being of the hotels and stand up for what they think is right because they are possibly threatened. Major turn over with company - always new hires, and it's that way for a reason!

Pros

You will find a few great people in the mix by few and far between. You get discounted rates at hotels.

Cons

Members of the management make a living wage. However, all others will need public assistance because you can not live on what they pay you. This part of the reason there is high turnover. They want you to do the work of two people on a bare bones salary. One of the long-time employees in corporate is a "Bully" at work. You need to constantly be a "yes" man(or woman) to her, or you will get fired one way or another. It will not matter how great an employee you are if on her bad side. They have their "picks," and they can have poor reviews and comments from the customers, get into fights, come in late, and still nothing will happen to them.

Pros

They are improving pay and benefits. Great place to kick start a career.

Cons

New leaders micromanage and have shifted the culture from a supportive family culture to one that hinders results and productivity. Limited growth opportunities at corporate level
