- Friendly people - Good interdepartmental cooperation - Some soft benefits, like sports teams, language lessons, etc. - Relatively more Western-style management in Russia - Good performance-based compensation for sales people - Stable company
Cons
- Senior management is very heterogeneous which can be hard to work with - Senior management rarely stays for more than a couple of years, and each one brings his own work style - Either lack of a vision beyond the current scope or a company, which has reached maturity - Problematic views on Business Intelligence and strategic marketing
