Most of the old guard has left. New management is terrible, doesn't listen, and hostile. Long hours, terrible pay and benefits, and no appreciation

401k match is about the only pro I can come up with.

Cons

I have NEVER been involved with an organization where the culture is so bad. The amount of micromanagement and discrimination is outrageous. Additionally, if you think you have any inclination of being able to work from home, you can forget about it. In fact, you are required to make notations of everything you do in 15 min increments.
