      Cons

      Offers minimum salary with little to no annual raises. Overtime work is encouraged and tied to performance. The company suffers from toxic and incompetent executive leadership, alongside significant layoffs and a high resignation rate.

      Working at Geneseeq lets you get hands-on with the latest tech and algorithms, and there’s tons of data to play with. You can learn a lot really fast, and the team vibe is pretty nice.

      It can get pretty busy since there are lots of projects going on at the same time. You need to be good at juggling tasks and keeping up with the fast pace.
