      It's an easy organization to work for with a focus on regurgitation of data screens into a power point for higher ups to understand what they are looking at.

      Cons

      Scary amount of individuals making decisions for retailers who come with limited automotive experience or only have experience with failing OEMs.

      Interesting work let down by micromanaging executives

      Pros

      This is a very interesting company to work for. There is never a dull moment and the nature of the industry means something is always changing. Employees at the working level are generally respectful and collaborative. If it weren't for the current US leadership team this would be a great place to work.

      Cons

      The US leadership are horrible micromanagers. Work is expected to be completed at an extremely rapid pace, but employees even at the manager and senior manager level are not empowered to make even seemingly basic decisions without multiple approvals. Hours are long and executives create a high pressure environment.
