Absolutely Terrible - AREA SALES MANAGER Genesis Motor America Employee Review

The team is an united front. A lot of collaboration and your input is definitely heard. I feel comfortable speaking to any level of management. I am known by name as well. I couldn’t ask for a better company or team to work for/with!!

It’s a newer brand so there are some quirks but not a con.

This is a very interesting company to work for. There is never a dull moment and the nature of the industry means something is always changing. Employees at the working level are generally respectful and collaborative. If it weren't for the current US leadership team this would be a great place to work.

The US leadership are horrible micromanagers. Work is expected to be completed at an extremely rapid pace, but employees even at the manager and senior manager level are not empowered to make even seemingly basic decisions without multiple approvals. Hours are long and executives create a high pressure environment.
