    Tremendous leadership with a vision to transform an industry. Focused on Experience as a Service that will leverage the value of Genesys solutions to help their customers and new prospects.

    Cons

    The challenge of the industry will be moving to the cloud in the fastest and most risk adverse manner.

    I have been working at Genesys full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Genesys is a good company with great technology and incredible customers. Its also a company on the move with big ambitions and an exciting future. The technology is fantastic - great number of referenceable customers

    Cons

    Owned by private equity at this point so the future (IPO, Trade sale etc ) has weighed on the business for several years now and creates a constant level of uncertainty among staff. Would be good to have this questions resolved sooner rather than later - an IPO would also enable more staff to participate in the success of the business
