      Pros

      The employees are all good, skilled and fun people to work with

      Cons

      The owners continually make offers and promises they dont keep. They like to dangle a reward to get the result they want then not give it to you. They dont promote from within the company. They cant keep a consistent schedule.

      Ownership cares about employees and customers. Great culture with positive vibes!

      Cons

      Traffic has gotten so bad in OC that it takes me longer to get to work, but its worth it at the end of the day!

      we got a 401k plan we start at 6 in the morning and get to go home at 230 if we don't work overtime

      Cons

      Sometime you have to do a lot of different things because we make lots of custom work. Growing so much over the past years that there can be a lack of procedures and controls
