Pros
You get exposed to elite design scene in Indonesia but that's about it. The office is gorgeous
Cons
You barely valued for your work. There's little to no room for mistake, even if you're a junior/fresh graduate who is still figuring out how the industry works. The constant pressure and beration from your senior doesn't help alleviating the situation at all. they made you feel like you don't deserve to be paid the amount of your salary, which isn't a lot in the first place. There is also no clear career path. So, once you're a designer, you'll always be a designer. Lastly, there's no annual bonus other than THR but that's the barest minimum they should provide.
