1. Work Culture. 2. Great learning experience; Best mentors to train 3. Too many perks including occasional Trips and parties over and above salary 4. Extremely people oriented 5. Very supportive team

Challenges are everywhere but I think currently there are no cons that needs to be mentioned really!
