      Pros

      Good salary and good benefits. Working with top of the edge technology

      Cons

      There is no clear leadership, lack of planning in projects, I work for weeks and early mornings to reach impossible delivery dates. There is no meritocracy, promotions are made for convenience, and it is not a company that is recommended for growth. In 2022 there were multiple dismissals not based on performance and even with xenophobic connotations
