If you work on the production floor, you work 12 hr shifts doing very repetitive work and are generally unhappy with your job. If you don't, then you stand a better chance of liking your job and pay.

-Inept management by intimidation cares only about the numbers and dictates rather than interacts with their employees, if they bothered to leave their plush offices once in a while. - Totally disorganized, almost every day was an exercise in crisis management. - A petty, vindictive, unprofessional and useless HR Department, glorified party planners at best. - Toxic work environment, favoritism, nepotism and cronyism are rampant.
