Pros
There are some good people in the building. Hard to say much else is good about the company.
Cons
They pretend to care about the people but they only focus on numbers, just like any major corporation. The best way to put it is that they candy coat a rotten apple. Don't bite! People do not truly matter, pay is terrible compared to local competition and they say their culture is such a huge benefit that they don't need to be competitive in pay, benefits are outrageously expensive, breaks are short, and almost everything is a show, nothing genuine. Favoritism is a big thing here. If you get on the bad side of someone higher up, good luck to you. They are so self centered, pretentious and do all they can to take away your dignity.
Growth is also only for those that act as slaves.
