Not bad benefits/bonuses International company Great people at all levels Median or better salary Opportunities exist both domestically and internationally for those who prove themselves.

Cons

More political than the 2016 election If you're there for the long term, you should be advancing or do not complain when new hires are eventually hired at your rate. Mgt. doesn't notice how early you're in, just how late you stay.

Strong company financially, good working conditions

Cons

Management is tightly knit and insulated from the rank and file. Supervisors and middle managers are merely a tool and get little respect and are bullied by Management. Watch your back with HR. Little chance for promotion or even lateral moves. Marginal pay for entry level. No work life balance except for managers.
