      -Free work atmosphere. -Attractive incentives and yearly hike. -Your hard work will be recognised and appreciated.

      Cons

      -Learning knowledge will be limited too much. -Incentives depends on your team performance; your base salary will be very low, some team employees will get zero incentives whereas others will get double the salary. -Very poor office hierarchy structure.
