Small company, many responsibility. Expectation is high. Fast paced.

Started here expecting some kind of onboarding process but basically got pointed at a desk and wished good luck. Nobody spent time actually showing me how things work or what was expected — it was just 'figure it out' every single day. I was constantly asking questions that probably should've been answered in the first week, and people seemed annoyed that I didn't know stuff they'd never taught me. The whole thing felt less like getting trained and more like they were waiting to see if I'd sink or swim. After a few months of struggling to do something I could've learned properly with actual support, I just couldn't stay any longer.
