      They want people to work for them for free

      Pros

      Hardly any. Maybe if you want to work 9 hours plus overtime for free this is the place.

      Cons

      Tons of. Oh my where do I even start. They ask new employees to work for 3 months before getting paid, which is illegal btw, and most people are told that they are not a good fit for the company after that 3 month. So a total waste of time. If you are lucky enough to survive that period, pay is 13 hourly after that but you work for 9 hours and only get paid for 8. And believe it or not the owner does not even speak English. I had a hard time understanding him. Most employees there spoke Mandarin, it was extremely hard for a non-speaker like me to fit in.

      Pros

      It's a good place to kill some time. (glassdoor required me to writer something in Pros)....

      Cons

      They expect you to work more and more and more without compensation. All the policies are only beneficial to the employers, not employees. I would say I was treated without respect.

      Pros

      lmao ok i have to put five words on this section.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than minimum wage. Half of the employees are applying for jobs somewhere else. Poorest management. Absolutely zero trusts from supervisors. Field techs are pulling 60-70 hrs a week without over time pay. Yes, WITHOUT. ABSOLUTELY work for free. If you get hired, good luck.
