Coworkers are great Hands-off management style
Cons
Pay is low not competitive and not keeping up with inflation/cost of living Turnover is high because of this so more work for everyone else No room for improvement since the managers arent going anywhere Things have not been great in the company once Microdrones took over Every year is a different excuse why employee's dont get a bonus
