      Good Salary and Promising -Geotechnical Company.

      Cons

      A company with great system and policies unfortunately Bullying policies are just paper only. Management will cover up by by and protect bullies . morale is too low and turn over is very high. glassdoor reviews will show how HR Department is trying to cover up and all Team members were putting positive reviews to cover up negative reviews and wrong practices of the organisation.

      A toxic working environment where leaders are consumed by their own ego and promotion and fancy titles. Illegal employment practices, unfulfilled contracts, deception and lies by HR. Unpaid salaries . Written policies and “values” that are left to gather dust and not applied. The Temu version of its competitors
